We are available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You don’t have to be referred or speak to the police to see us, unless you are under 13. And you can pick which of our three Havens across London you prefer to come to.

But you must phone us first on 020 3299 6900

If you report the rape or assault to the police first, they will organise your visit to the Havens and take you to the nearest one.

Need non-urgent information?

Call 020 3299 1599 – 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (not public/bank holidays)

We can answer general enquiries and help you with queries about follow-up and aftercare appointments including counselling.

Unfortunately, we are currently closed to internal and external therapy referrals across all of our sites. If you are looking for therapeutic support, you can contact your GP or London Survivors Gateway who will be able to help. For help and counselling, please go to the London Survivors Gateway website. Our self-help guide provides information about common psychological and emotional reactions to sexual assault that you might find useful.

I need an interpreter

We can arrange for you to have an interpreter, including someone who can interpret British Sign Language (BSL). Please let us know that you need one when you make your appointment.
